Modern Times Group (MTG) is an international entertainment broadcasting group with operations that span four continents. MTG Media is the new name of the merger of the TV, Radio and Online departments in Sweden.
About the project
The key objective when creating the new visual identity for MTG Media was to communicate that the company now is a fully integrated media house.
The inspiration for the symbol came from a graph mapping the total consumption of media in a day. The symbol shows how the different media relate to each other and how the consumption of them overlap and complement each other. This provides an understanding of MTG's total supply and the synergies that are created in an integrated media house.
