Mateus is a Sweden based ceramics manufacturer. Mateus combines traditional portugese craftmanship with swedish design and fashion. All products are handmade in Portugal giving a personal touch and uniqueness to every piece.
About the project
The company operates like a fashion brand with new collections being launched twice a year. The theme of every new collection is what inspires the graphic promotion material made for each new launch.
Solution
Mateus ceramics are often detailed and very colorful. Also, a lot of the promotion material are based on the images taken by some of the best photographers in Sweden. To let the products and photography come forward a calm graphic surrounding was created, consisting of white typography on black a background.
